Welcome to St Mungo's Church Simonburn

Welcome to the ancient Parish Church of Saint Mungo's, Simonburn

Old print of Simonburn Church and Rectory, published 1825

Services are usually held in the church at 11.00am. each Sunday.  Holy Communion is celebrated on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, and Morning Prayer is held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays.

Visitors are always welcome and we hope you will find the various notes and booklets in church helpful. It would be appreciated if visitors with Simonburn family connections would include their addresses in the Visitors’ Book, so that we may contact you if some event occurs which may be of particular interest to you - affecting a family memorial, for example.

The Rector is always glad to try to arrange, by prior agreement, a guided tour of the church for visiting groups.
